What kind of proof I should have for return a product ?

To return a product you need to provide some proof if the product is counterfeit or broken and for all reasons you need to provide us with a video that product so that we can understand your complaint is justified.

What is the refund policy ?

If we cannot provide replacement. If you changed mind & cancel order before the Products is already packed. If the item is out of stock and you requested to get your money back. We never return shipping fee.

What is the warranty policy ?
